We have been Horne's customers for over twenty years, and we have seen many technicians throughout that time. However, when I encountered Dylan Hayes after arriving home on 3/20/24, I was immediately impressed. He was already servicing our home and conversating with my husband. When I walked in, Dylan immediately greeted me. He was professional, kind, patient, and accommodating to specific requests that I had. He didn't just squirt, rush, and run through our home, but he was thorough. To know he is a young man, with such mannerisms, was such a blessing to see. Dylan is definitely an asset to the Horne's company, and his customer service made me feel that he valued my husband and my patronage.

Courtney the technician I today was lovely. All of the technicians are always wonderful. Courtney listened to my concerns with ants, had an answer for all of my questions, and was overall very knowledgeable and kind. Hornes is always very thorough and willing to go that little bit extra. They always come out quickly when I call for additional needs. We've had this company for years, even we we rented the property and were in another state, when we came back we didn't have *any* issues with termites or roaches- even living next to a forested area and drainage ditch. Highly recommend this company for their technicians, efficacy, and honestly.

Dillon was thorough and took time to find the entry point of the ants coming into our kitchen. When he left, we noticed a reduction and by the next day, there was no sign of ants which had been a nuisance. So thankful for him and the professionalism and seriousness he exhibited!
