We openly say “we are large enough to handle your business but small enough to care for your business.” With a staff of over 30 technicians, we are able to regularly provide emergency service the same day. Above all, we are dedicated to our customers and the residents of Aiken and the surrounding areas. We guarantee emergency service within 24 hours of the call. In addition, if one of our technicians cannot make it to work, we are usually able to re-arrange and shift non-priority calls so that we may keep priority appointments. Our technicians rarely have to cancel scheduled appointments.
We are Tenured and Educated.
Horne’s has a tenured and educated staff. We have more graduates from both Clemson and University of Georgia’s pest control schools and training programs than any other company in the CSRA. In addition, we have several graduates from Purdue University’s insect control correspondence schools. We also have several technicians who have attained multiple certifications for providing pest control and sanitation methods for commercial, industrial, food handling and institutional organizations. We have many technicians with over 10 years in the business, a few with over 25. There is an attained wisdom with this kind of longevity – one that cannot be taught in a text book.

Our training goes beyond the managers and salespeople. It applies to the individual who is actually applying insecticide in and around your home. Our technicians are authorized, certified, and trained in the use of multiple products by several manufacturers. Simply stated, we know and use the best products. We are familiar with all of the major insect control remedies. Therefore, we only work with the products that we believe are the best.

Horne’s simply offers the best warranties. There is not a termite damage repair warranty more comprehensive in its scope than ours. We offer a 4-month warranty on our pest control and yard insect control services – even for fleas. We also offer a 4 month warranty for mosquito control service. In addition, our Fire Ant service for your yard comes with an incredible one year warranty.

We believe that our reputation is our most valuable asset. Because of this, word of mouth is always the best form of advertising and we realize that our reputation is no better than our last service at our last customer’s home.
