This is photo of dead roaches in a vacant house. There were dead and dying ones throughout the home. In the den alone, where this picture was taken, there were 64 roach carcasses. Don't let this happen to you. Call Horne's Pest Control.
Just completed a termite inspection on this duplex. We check them all... Single family homes, duplexes, tripexs, condos, town homes, manufacturered homes and more. Give us call if you need your structure checked.
Beautiful koi pond in the backyard of this home I just got done clecking for termites. It's about 10' x 24' with a fountain. About made me want to curl up and take a nap. Seeing nice things at homes I check is certainly a benefit of the job.
Just got done checking a house which is under a termite bond with Horne's Pest Control. Beautiful home without any termite issues. I love checking houses I know are well protected.
I've been asked... How do you know this house has been previously treated for termites? One way is by seeing patched holes like the ones in this picture. They are typically in a pattern spaced about just under 12 inches apart with the patches being the size any where between the size of dime to the size of a nickel.
Here's a picture from under a vacant house. The previous owner had stuck cardboard under the home so they could store items. I guess in a way it seems like a good idea; however cardboard is a product made from wood and it can attract termites to your crawl space. I strongly advise against doing this in your own home.
When you go under a house and one of the first things you see is this growing you better be on the lookout for moisture problems.
A picture of damage caused by a combination of water and powder post beetles to a sill plate under a house I just checked.
Found a termite tunnel stain on a foundation wall in the garage this morning during a Wood Destroying Organism Inspection. Termites have been here. Will they come back? Not if I have anything to do with it they won't!
Found some termite damage under a home today that Horne's Pest Control was asked to check. Glad they got it inspected by us.
