Clean does not mean sanitized…

Cleaning is simply removing dirt and debris.  Sanitizing removes surface bacteria and microorganisms through Bio Remediation products.

Surface bacteria must be removed in that it:

  1. Feeds German Roaches
  2. Attracts and feeds rodents
  3. Attracts and feeds a variety of flies including filth flies and drain flies
  4. Creates odors
  5. Reduces the effectiveness of insecticide solutions, insecticidal bait formulations, hormone/pheromone attractants and growth regulators

Filth Flies

Filth Flies carry more disease pathogens and reproduce more prolifically than German Roaches.

  1. Locate primary sources, reduce attractiveness and exterminate insects.

German Roaches

roachListing the steps is simple enough

  1. Sanitize the area
  2. Eliminate the food source
  3. Eliminate the water source
  4. Eliminate harborage areas
  5. Apply insecticides, baits, and growth regulators
  6. Monitor

But, performing the steps requires the work of a skilled, trained and tenured technician with special equipment specifically designed for commercial establishments.

It also takes time — Services performed after hours when the establishment is closed.
